Goal-setting involves the intentional
development of an action plan that gets you from where you are today to where
you want to be. In this 90-minute workshop, participants learn what goal-setting
really is and how to create a set of SMART goals that will help them get where
they want to go. SMART goals stand for Specific, Measureable, Achievable,
Relevant, and Time-bound. For best results, this workshop can accommodate
between 20 and 50 participants.
